Rear end, Non Power Drum Brakes with a New Master Cylinder, Power Steering with Factory Cooler, Ac that still works and Seems to Blow Cold, Newer Dual Exhaust with Magnaflow Mufflers, Motor Fires Right Up And Runs Strong, No Weird or Loud Noises, No Smoke, Drives Great, Shifts Great, Handles Great, Steering is a little loose but not bad, 32x11.50R15LT Tires That Have Cracks and Need To Be Replaced On 15" Mickey Thompson Aluminum Wheels, Dual Fuel Tanks, Front Filler Neck Hose Leaks When Filling, All Gauges Seem To Work, The Body is in Awesome Shape, Floorboards and Chasis are Very Solid, Minor Surface Rust, Nothing Major, Frame and Rockers are in Great Shape, Floor Pans Are Solid From What I can Tell, The Drivers Side Pan Does Has Some Surface Rust But I Don't See Any Holes or Light Coming Thru, Dash is in Great Shape With The Original Radio Still In Tact, Not Sure If It Works Or Not, The Lights, Horn and Electrical Seem To Be In Great Shape and Work Well, Does Have a Black Dash Cap over The Original Dash Pad, I Was Told The Seats And Carpet Are Original Which I Would Recover and Replace If I Was To Keep It, The Trim and Chrome Are In Excellent Condition Including Bumpers, All The Glass Is In Great Shape, The Back Window Has a Harley Davidson Logo Etched into it, All Doors and Rear Tailgate Open and Shut Nice and Solid, Extremely Nice And Original Bronco, Like a Time Capsule!!! Shelby to auction 2012 GT350 No. 1 in Vegas
Thu, 19 Sep 2013With Shelby preparing to wind down production of its brutal GT350, a 624-horsepower Mustang that's meant to go up against the Roush Stage 3 in the world of tuned Ford ponycars, the Las Vegas-based tuner is looking to give back to one lucky customer. It'll auction off the very first GT350 ever produced, at the 2013 Barrett-Jackson auction in Las Vegas, a three-day event that runs from September 26 through September 28.
The GT350 is a monster, with a 5.0-liter, supercharged V8 that's been tuned well past 600 horsepower in a time when Ford's own Shelby-branded GT500 barely reached 550 horsepower. The GT350 is much louder than Ford's effort, too, both visually and audibly. The wide body look isn't what we'd call conventional, but on a car that sounds and goes like this, something extreme is needed. According to Shelby American's vice president of production, Gary Davis, "Carroll was very excited about the new wide body option, so that was included on this car. It's the first 2012 GT350 serial number from our anniversary year. It is a very special car." Wilwood brakes, a massaged suspension, and some very fat, sticky tires add to the Shelby experience.
This particular GT350 will be lot number 750, and will cross the Barrett-Jackson stage on Sunday, September 28.
Ford F-150 King Ranch celebrates 'history and authenticity' for 2015 [w/video]

We honestly have no idea, having never lived on such a ranch, but we imagine it requires lots of hard work, grit and determination to keep all 825,000 acres - that's larger than the state of Rhode Island - of the King Ranch in Texas under control. Indeed, a total of 350 vehicles, all of which come from Ford, we're told, are currently in use by the ranch. No wonder, then, that the collaboration between Ford and King Ranch has lasted for 15 successful years.
For 2015, in celebration of that 15th anniversary, Ford is debuting three new King Ranch models today at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The most significant is the 2015 F-150 King Ranch, which, naturally, will add unique interior and exterior bits and pieces to the new aluminum-intensive F-Series pickup. Color choices will consist of Caribou, Bronze Fire, Guard and Ruby Red Metallic Clearcoat, with a range of two-tones to go along with a monochromatic scheme in Caribou. Inside, a bespoke King Ranch interior will be swathed in Premium Mesa Brown leather.
Joining the F-150 King Ranch on dealership floors later this year will be 2015 King Ranch editions of the Super Duty pickup and Expedition fullsize SUV, all of which will offer similar levels of content. They're pretty darn similar. And yet our views are oh so different.
If you guys could read the transcripts of our editors' chat room, you'd know that we're a pretty argumentative bunch. It's always good-spirited stuff (well, usually), but when we're not obsessively covering this or that, we're usually fighting about one car being better than another. We're all enthusiasts here, and our automotive tastes run the gamut from the weird and unusual to the decidedly mainstream - we all feel strongly about specific cars in a given segment. While it usually makes for good conversation, if we're passionate enough, it can turn into a tomato-throwing showdown.
