1973 Ford Ranchero Squire Brougham, One owner 36 years!  No Reserve!

Beautiful original Ranchero Squire that has been garaged and pampered most of its life and thus preserving it in its current state. The engine is a 351 4bbl Quadra Jet with auto trans, power steering and power brakes, interior is like new as is the exterior woodgrain,no major work done, just regular maintenance. The tires and wheels were installed about 10yrs ago and are still like new. All chrome and trim is original, the side glass is original, the rear window was replaced with solid glass and I have the original slider, the windshield has been replaced. The dash has no cracks, a couple little minor nics that could be touched up with vinyl repair. Door panels, seats, headliner like new, the carpet is in good shape with the exception of slight fading. Clock, radio, lights, horn, wipers all in working order. Box is in very good condition and has never been abused with "truck" use.

I am offering this car with no reserve and trusting it will bring market value.

Ford previews new C-Max ahead of upcoming debut

Mon, 15 Sep 2014

Looking at a Ford Focus? These days you can get it as a five-door hatch, a four-door sedan, or... that's all. European buyers don't even get our sedan, but they do get a wagon. And while the three-door hatch, two-door coupe and two-door cabrio have long since ended production, buyers around the world can also get the company's larger C-Max. And now, like the Focus upon which it's based, Ford is preparing to roll out a new version.
The tall wagon (or small minivan, depending on your perspective) is being treated to what Ford says is "an extreme makeover." Details to accompany the teaser image above remain few and far between, but following the spy shots we recently posted, it looks destined for some of the same visual updates as Ford rolled out on the 2015 Focus, with "even more refinement, practicality and technology."
Like the Mercedes B-Class, which is only available Stateside as an EV, American buyers can only get the C-Max in electrified form, either as the C-Max Hybrid or C-Max Energi. Overseas buyers, however, will be able to choose from a range of powertrain options and two wheelbase lengths - the longer of which boasts seven seats and the Grand C-Max name. (Remember when Chrysler did the same with its minivans?) Both are set to debut on September 17, so watch this space. After that, we'll expect to see it on display at the Paris Motor Show.

Mustang Cobra Jet prototype garners $200k for charity at Barrett-Jackson

Wed, 02 Oct 2013

A few weeks ago we brought you news of a one-off Mustang Cobra Jet that Ford was donating to charity. The car was set to be auctioned off by Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Now that auction has taken place, bringing in an impressive $200,000 for MS research.
That's a lot of zeros for a Mustang, much less one you can't even drive on the street. But the unique pony car, bearing serial number 2014 BJMS CJXX1, packs a 5.0-liter supercharged V8, competition gearbox, wheelie bar, roll cage... all you could want, in short, in a turn-key drag racer. And all that for a good cause.
