1978 Jeep Cj5 Renegade 4wd Restored 304 V8 3 Speed Manuel P/s P/b Soft Top Nice on 2040-cars
Bremen, Georgia, United States
As nice a 1978 Model Jeep as you will find. Restored and ready to go. NEEDS NOTHING!! It has the 304 V8 that runs great and sounds good coming thru the Flowmaster exhaust. It has the 3 speed manuel transmission. The clutch feels good with no shattering when taking off and the gears shift out good. It is a eye popping Red with the Renegade. The paint is in great shape with no rust seen. It has really nice interior with Tan seats and comes also with back seat done in same material.( Currently not in Jeep ) All the gauges work including speedometer and gas gauge. It has brand new 33X12.50 Tires and new wheels. The 4WD works good. It comes with the soft top you see and soft doors. Really nice Jeep that is not a rust bucket by any means. I saw no rust anywhere. I have about 50 pics of it including underneath. Previous owner traded it in on a truck. Been restored about 1 year is what I was told.
This Jeep is also For Sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. Sold AS IS with no warranty given or implied in anyway. Pre Sale Inspections are welcome and encouraged BEFORE END OF AUCTION. If you bid and meet reserve then you bought and own it. This Jeep has a clear Georgia Title. It is owned by a Used Car Dealer here in Georgia. Georgia residents will be required to pay the required taxes and title fees on top of winning bid. Thanks for looking |

Jeep checks out the Grand Wagoneer at Wagonmaster
2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Wed, 23 Oct 2013Jeep appears to have nailed it this time. After two decades of assembling its Grand Cherokee sport utility vehicle, the American automaker has finally delivered a world-class off-roader capable of taking on everything in its segment - and more - with a high likelihood of coming out on top.
And if you drove last year's model, it's time to climb behind the wheel again as Jeep has significantly updated the SUV for 2014 with a bold new exterior appearance, an upgraded interior with enhanced electronics and a new transmission that completely transforms the way it drives.
We recently spent a full week with a dark blue 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4, a well-optioned model fitted with the standard gasoline-fed V6. While it didn't have the punch of the range-topping V8-powered SRT8, or the fuel-sipping economy of its new EcoDiesel sibling, the high-volume variant left us quite impressed.
Toledo gets proactive in fight to keep Jeep Wrangler
Wed, 08 Oct 2014Let's make this very plain - the city of Toledo, OH loves its Jeeps. It loves them so fervently that the very rumor of the Jeep Wrangler moving out of its traditional home prompted the city's mayor, D. Michael Collins, and Ohio Gov. John Kasich to hold a weekend conference call with Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne.
"The purpose of this call was for the mayor and governor to gain clarity on Mr. Marchionne's comments last week regarding the possibility of the next generation of Jeep Wrangler being built at a location other than the Toledo North Assembly Plant," a spokesman for the mayor's office told The Toledo Blade.
While no further commitments were made by any party, Collins and Kasich's statement was quite unequivocal about keeping Toledo's unwillingness to let the Wrangler go, saying "the city and its partners will again rise to the occasion to ensure that the new Wrangler is made in Toledo." According to the newspaper, the next step is for face-to-face meetings between officials from Ohio and FCA.
