Will never take car back there the service tecs are rude and they damaged my rims in my car and did not care one bit and said they were not at fault they were not like that when i droped it off not happy will be driving to NPR hyundai for now on do go to this place

We had the best buying experie...

We had the best buying experience at this dealership. We happened to be passing by after another dealership jerked us around and not only was their service level second to none they didn`t try to pressure us into to buying something that we didn`t want or couldn`t afford. They spent time going over different options in our price range and showing us in detail the difference between the cars. Our sales person Lee w... view moreas well informed about the features of the 2013 Sonata that we purchased and was patient with us while we found the perfect car for our needs. The GM came over to us several times to thank us for coming in and met us on our way out to thank us for our business. I would recommend this dealership to my family, friends and colleagues or anyone that dreads going to buy a car that wants an actual hassle-free service oriented experience.

Poor customer service. Both the service tech and girl at the service desk were rude to my college student daughter. They charged her $260 to reseal a leaky windshield on a car they sold us.

Exceptionally Bad Service

I had my 2006 Hyundai Azera in for service at this dealership because we moved very close to them. They were not the dealership we bought the car at. The airbag light came on indicating an issue. They took 2 days to uncover that the sensor in the passengers seat malfunctioned. It took them 4 weeks to get a new seat. Meanwhile they gave me a loaner that had brake issues and had to be returned. After they replace... view mored the seat and left grease prints on the new cream colored seat, it had to go back 2 days later due to the seat belt not working on the seat they just repaired. 2 days later that was fixed but they damaged the paint on the handle. Now the car had to go into the body shop for a paint repair. All together, this vehicle was in their shop for 2 months. After contacting the regional manager, Hyundai paid us for 1 month car payment. The service dept was not customer focused. I had to call to get status even though they advised me they would call daily. I will never buy, nor service a car at this dealership.
