Arrogant and rude owner

Overcharged for the parts specially. Allen, Owner and the other labor guy; both were rude and very unwelcoming when I requested to reconsider prices after showing quote from other shop; Which he promised to match. Work was JUST satisfactory. I don`t mind paying more for the good work but one should treat his customers with respect. He was actually "angry" and "shouted" on Me.

THINGS HAVE CHANGED

SORRY TO SAY, BUT THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER A GOOD PLACE, AL IS HARDLY THERE ANYMORE AND DOESN`T SEEM TO CARE WHEN HE IS THERE, BILLY IS A WASTE!! INSULTED OUR CAR, CALLING IT ""A RUST BUCKET"" WAS WAY OVER THE TOP WITH HIS EVALUATION OF A CAR I KNEW HAD ISSUES, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY, I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO AL IF HE EVEN BOTHERS TO SHOW UP THERE NEXT WEEK, I WON`T BE BOTHERING THEM AGAIN WITH MY MONE... view moreY!! Honest, fair and reliable

Allen, who owns Leonard`s (I know, I know...) is definitely the go-to person for estimates and any auto repair. Great work, and you get what you pay for. He will never overcharge you and will work to help you keep your repair bills to a minimum.

Best around

Ever since I moved to the Brandon, FL area I haven`t found any places where I could be a regular especially a mechanic shop but luckily I recently found Leonard`s Automotive when going to the shop across the street and now found my official mechanic. Great service, amazing prices, and always willing to help no matter how busy they are. Saved me at least $150 and I`ve been there twice for replacing tires and fixing my... view more over-heating problem which, if I would`ve went anywhere else, would`ve charged me $100 just to look at it. Cost at Leonard`s to fix and all? $25. Can search and search for a very honest and up-front mechanic all you want but nobody will top this place. Stop in and just ask a question for something and you`ll notice right away. Thanks for everything Leonard`s Automotive.

Leonards Automotive has the best &Honest Auto Tec.Bill

You get great service! Hes honest and trustworthy.He gets you the best deal possible.When he quotes you a price you think wow its high but if you call anywhere else there prices are higher.Hes been fixing my car for 18yrs I`m a customer who`s followed him.Hes the best mechanic around.I recommend him Highly!
