My family has been taking our three used cars to Pro-Tech since we moved to Woodstock seven years ago. While our vehicles may be lemons, the service Joe and his crew provide is exceptional. The guys seem to have an uncanny knack for diagnosing the problem correctly, then fixing it completely. Most of the time, Joe can examine and work on my issue immediately, but in the rare instances he can`t, he has somebody in ... view morethe shop drive me home where I can wait for repairs in front of my TV. Of course, a ride back to the station is always available if I need it. Joe and his guys are prompt and courteous, but more importantly, they are extremely knowledgeable and as honest as the day is long. I don`t like taking my car in for necessary repairs (who does?), but it`s nice to know Pro-Tech is in the neighborhood when I have to bite the bullet. Pro-Tech meets and exceeds my high standards every time. Like a good doctor or lawyer, a good mechanic is decidedly difficult to find. In Pro-Tech, I`ve got the third one locked up!

Never go there!!! It was a true and honest shop at one time! However the employees have changed the work done to your car are unreliable and Joe does not really seem to car what his customers think. Great price great service

Road in with my muffler on a hanger. Seems I really did a number on it so the whole thing needed to be replaced. They took care of me right away, joked about it so I felt better, and the price was so low I thought they forgot to add labor. All around great place and people.
