Fast Repair, Poor Service

Got my broken windshield repaired here and they were very fast at getting the job done. Maybe a little too fast as the windshield leaks and they won`t return voice mails to schedule a repair. They also damaged the dash when taking out the old windshield and didn`t bother to even say anything or offer to repair/replace it. Not sure what the problem there is now. Sucks

I took my new car to First class auto glass & tire to have the windshield replaced because of a rock chip. They were unable to remove the windshield because of lack of knowledge of how, but they were able to do $2000.00 damage to my car using pry bars to try to get the windshield out. The owner refused to take responsibility for the damage his employees had done. This car was purchased two months earlier and was ... view morea certified vehicle. Now that`s service!

This company did a great job in installing my windshield. I had my windshield vandalized on a Thursday (so you know I wasn`t in a good mood as it was!) and had to make a trip to another state the next day, so getting it taken care of quickly was a major factor. When I called, I asked if it could be fixed the same day, and they said not a problem. Then I asked if it could be installed at my residence, I was told th... view moreat they were extremely busy however, they asked me where I lived and after I told them, they said there wouldn`t be a problem squeezing me in since I wasn`t far out of the way they could get me after lunch. That afternoon, they installed a brand new windshield at my residence, did an excellent job AND was by far cheaper than other companies, even those that wouldn`t install on site! I would have had to get my vehicle towed which wasn`t going to cost me anything since I have AAA, but sure did prevent a huge inconvenience! If you are going to shop around which is highly recommended for any major purchase, at least add this company in queue with the others. There was no contest when I shopped around, and no wonder why they were busy.
