These folks are straight up honest, a hard to find trait. They will try to help you find a simple less costly solution if one is possible, but otherwise will give you a firm estimate and provide quality service. I thought that two new knobs at $7 each was much better that a $200 repair. I earlier spent several hundred dollars with them for some repairs that worked out very well and were well worth the cost.
