horrific!

This place doesn`t even deserve one star. My boyfruend got a belt put on his car and was tild there was a 90 day warranty. 2 weeks later the belt snapped and he went in and was told they wont give him a warranty! I don`t recommend this place atall stay away!!!!!

Brought vehicle to station to ...

Brought vehicle to station to have it serviced a couple days ago was able to wait on my vehicle and had a rather interesting conversation with the two ladies that work there, they are rather funny. Hard for me to walk but the mechanic put gas in my car for me and moved my car to where I could get into my car easily. I did not have to wait long they were nice and when I asked about tires, battery, tune up and other ... view moremaintenance things was told that everything was fine and that I would be good on my tires for a couple more months. They could of easily talked me into at least the tires but instead they told me I had plenty of tread or thread or something left. So really thank you for not selling me something I don`t need! They also have free air and theres always someone there to help me.

Overcharged on parts

Got a quote for a repair to find out why my "check engine" light was on. Found out it was the "ignition regulator". I checked around and found that because of my cars make and model, the only place around would be the dealer. The dealer would charge $305 for the part. Received my bill from Charlie`s and the bill showed $490 for the part. Checked with Dayton Tire, and they quoted $305 for t... view morehe part. Paid more for the part than the whole service should have costed at atleast 3 other places in town. Next time I`ll do my research before I agree to the repair.
