Rusty s Service Inc. has been in business since August of 1988. The owner, Rusty, started Rusty s Towing with just one wrecker and works right along side his employees keeping them on their toes. This is what makes Rusty s Towing as successful as it is today. He might be the man who gets out of the wrecker or service truck when you have a breakdown. He will jump right in and help the boys move your heavy equipment load to your new jobsite, wash a truck or help change tires in the shop. We are so much more than a towing company Rusty s is known for clean trucks inside and out and our equipment is maintenance on a regular basis. Our goal is to have a truck dispatched within the hour so we can get your vehicle picked up and to a repair shop promptly so you can get back on the road. We have a fenced in and secure storage lot for Tractors, Trailers, Box Trucks, etc. with 24/7 guards. We also have Road Service f or minor repairs on Trucks & Trailers such as jump starts, fuel delivery, alternators and brakes

I had a van posted, that I was selling for my mother, for $550 on Craigslist. Barry contacted my mother and offered $400. She said that $550 was a firm price and he eventually agreed to that price. He asked us to hold the van for him and he would get it in a few days. She arranged a time of 11:00 A.M. for him to come and get the van. She had to work that day so I drove 30 minutes to my mother`s house to meet him. At ... view more10:45 A.M. I texted him to confirm that we were still meeting at 11:00 A.M. He texts me back saying that he changed his mind and that $400 was the most he could offer! Now, I can completely understand if he couldn`t afford it (although, rescinding your offer at any point is very unprofessional). However, for him not to let us know until fifteen minutes before we were supposed to meet is unacceptable. Also, I was the one who contacted him. Who knows when he would have contacted us. I wasted time and gas throughout all of this - not a lot, but it is extremely frustrating considering that a little bit of courtesy and professionalism could have prevented it. This is the worst customer service experience that I can recall ever having. Of course, I do not know how he typically runs his business; but if this experience is any indication, I would avoid this business.
