I stopped in on a whim to see if I could get my oil pan fixed for a better price than another shop in the area. The owner fixed the my vehicle at a fraction of the price I was expecting to pay. I was very satisfied with the service provided and was happy to work with a locally owned shop.

I took my vehicle to Aramco twice. The first time, they told me that I needed a brand new transmission. However, they don`t work on transmissions and so, I wondered how they knew that I needed a brand new tranny. Turned out it was a simple fix. Anyways, I thought I would give them another chance as I was anxious to find a mechanic that was close to my house. I took my vehicle back in to them. I received a call the ne... view morext day and SAM says, ""How much money you want to spend on vehicle?"" Turns out that I`m at nearly $300 and he still doesn`t know the problem! He told me that he had no idea what the problem was and that`s why he wanted to know how much that I wanted to spend on it. I told him to put it back together and I`d pick it up. When I got my vehicle back, the problem was only worse AND now, my truck smells like gasoline. There is an old saying, ""Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!"" I will NEVER go back to this place. He doesn`t speak English well and when you put him on the spot about, ""What`s up?"" He becomes defensive, arrogant and rude. Save your time and money....steer clear of this place!

I recently took my car to Aramco to get my A/C repaired. They quoted me less than other shops in town and my A/c has been working great since. Great prices and honest people!

Stopped in last week with my family to get our inspection done, a man who was driving around a Mitsubishi Spider in the parking lot pulled up next to me and asked what I wanted, I told him I was there for an inspection. He told me to pull into the garage but not to get out b/c the floors were wet. I did what the man told me to do, we sat there for about 2 minutes then this same man who told me to park there comes spe... view moreeding into the garage and yelling at me to my car the F*** out of his garage. I was shocked at how this man was acting, I could not figure out why he was so angry,I began to back out and he just kept yelling at me and motioning for me to get out of my car to fight him. I had my disabled sister, my 3 year old Son and my elderly Mother in the car. I called the police and filed a report. The man tried to tell the police that I had 4 guys in my car with me and I was threatening to beat him up. Good thing I recorded the whole ordeal on my phone!! I would stay away from this place at all costs.

I have been taking all my cars to aramco for over ten years.They do not send customers cars to other shops to repair,this is a big lie.this man is probably their competition,it does not make sense.

Aramco is the most professional car repair center I have expereinced since moving to Austin. Very low prices, great customer service and great repairs without any future problems. What I like the most is how honest and respectful they where. They give a great low price with no hiddent fees and always do an awesome job!!

I had problems with my ac and took it to several other shops and was quoted over the top prices, I then went to aramco and was able to get an honest reliable price. My ac was fixed within one day, and I have not had any ac problems since! The servie is friendly and qucik. Highly recommended
