Updated Auto Repair is by far the most honest mechanic shop I have ever come across. I feel so relieved that I finally found a mechanic that I can trust, especially after being gouged by the dealer. The mechanic was nice enough to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and even demonstrated why the old part was not functioning properly. Best shop in the valley

I highly recommend this shop. Extreamly knowlegable and service at a great price. As for the last review, how does someone not wanting to speak to precieved telemarkers show a reflection of his work? I know that at my work, I get a few calls a day are from advertisers not worth speaking to.

Complaint - Unprofessional Behavior

We are a team of professionals whose sole purpose is to help our Small Business Community by providing them with the appropriate information and resources which they need and/or have requested in order to be successful and prosperous. We have the utmost integrity and respect for our fellow business owners, and we do not engage in solicitations/sales calls. We only contact them for legitimate business-to-business purp... view moreoses. However, when we contacted the Owner, Vrezh Melikyan, he repeatedly hung-up on us without provocation or justification. His response is unprofessional and inappropriate, and utterly lacking the dignity that our business community represents. If this is how he treats his local business community and those who are trying to support and promote him in it, then how might he treat the general public? We shudder to think about it. In defense of our honorable business community, we would strongly recommend using cautious discretion when dealing with this business.
