You are bidding on a 1963 Impala 2 door. This vehicle was repainted in 2008 in laurel green and still looks very nice. The Interior is black and could use a little tlc. I recently had the headliner, visors, package tray, door panels and arm rests re upholstered. The engine is a 327 v-8 (not numbers matching) with a 4 barrel edelbrock carb and a billet aluminum dress up kit with aluminum aftermarket radiator. The vehicle has a power glide transmission and power steering. Back in 2008, I purchased new moldings, had the back bumper re chromed and I purchased a brand new front bumper. The odometer is reading 41,724 but i cannot verify if that is actual or not. All the lights, gauges and signals seem to work fine. The vehicle is registered as a collector vehicle in Washington state. Washington state does not require you to renew your registration every year on collector cars. Since the vehicle is being advertized locally, I reserve the right to end this auction at anytime, also I am willing to ship this vehicle at the buyers expense or the buyer can simply pick the car up. Thanks for looking. If you have any questions give me a call 509-531-8696

GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect
Tue, 17 Aug 20102010 Buick Enclave - Click above for high-res image gallery
The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
