Up for sale is a 1997 Suburban with 106k miles on it, which is quite low for the year of the truck. This truck is fully loaded for its time with Power leather seats, Power mirrors, Power windows, Ice cold AC, Rear AC, 3rd row seating, Electronic 4x4, and more! The truck runs and drives excellent and needs absolutely nothing. No check engine lights or anything on the dash. The body is in good shape but does have some dings on it, no rust though. The underneath of the truck is also in very good shape with minimal surface rust. The tires are in good shape with about 60-70% tread left.
This is a truck that I would get in and drive anywhere. Have service receipts dating back to 2001.

UAW to vote on strike at Kentucky Corvette plant
Tue, 08 Apr 2014The current wait time for a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is well, not short. With word of a strike at the Bowling Green, KY factory responsible for seventh-generation sports car, though, that wait time could end up growing substantially.
Now, a strike is still a ways off. UAW Local 2164, which represents the 800 workers responsible for screwing the Corvette together, is set to vote on authorizing a strike today, but even if the employees give the action a go, it's far from a sure thing. According to The Tennessean, both regional and national union officials would need to put their stamp of approval on strike action.
"The membership has to vote to strike, but it's just a step in the process," said Gary Casteel, the UAW's Region 8 director and one of the people that would need to authorize a strike action. Casteel told The Tennessean, "It's purely a local situation, though. They are having some issues with the local management."

General Motors has released a new video detailing the cabin's evolution from conception to execution, complete with commentary from Ryan Vaughn, performance car interior design manager with Chevrolet. The quick clip details how manufacturing, engineering and design within General Motors worked together from the first sketches to ensure no compromises had to be made later down the line. How novel.
With plenty of hides traced with contrast stitching and available real carbon fiber trim, the cabin looks to be a few hundred miles ahead of the C6. Given how readily critics derided the previous generation for its cabin, the C7 should make writers work a little harder to find something to complain about. Check out the video below for yourself.
