selling my 1995 Ferrari 456gt V12 w. manual transmission. car is in awesome shape w/ only 35K miles. I am 6'4 and this is one of the only models that a big guy can fit comfortably in. title is clean and I have bought enough cars to know what makes for a good deal so, upon purchase the car will be: cleaned, waxed and supplied with a full tank of gas for you. you will also notice some professional pictures in this listing. this car was used in a few local ad spots so I have a group of approx. 30 - 40 professional pics that I will include w. this car. some of them are really cool and would make a nice framed pic or memento to hang on your wall....

please note: this is a weekend cruiser NOT a show car as reflected by the sales price. for the sake of time, I'd rather just point out what's wrong w/ the car:

1. nothing major
2. could use a new stereo system. one of the tweeters is blown in the dash.
3. minor paint chips on the car in the normal places. like I said, not a show car.
4. p-zero tires have about 60% life left on them.
5. the hood needs new shocks to keep hood open.
6. does not have keyless entry. guy before me took it out and I didn't drive it enough to really matter to me to put it back in.

other than those minor things, this car is ready to go! literally. thing is fast as hell. continuously kept up w/ and serviced at german auto outta savannah, ga and stored in a climate controlled warehouse.

Ferrari exec to lead Jaguar North America

Jaguar has announced that Jeff Curry will be serving as the brand's new North American vice president, effective August 13. The move is a coup for Jag, which lured Curry away from his previous posting as VP of marketing for Ferrari North America, and is further evidence of just how strong Jaguar's comeback has gotten.
Curry has spent over 20 years in the auto industry, and has worked with Audi, SiriusXM and Land Rover, where he made his start in the industry. His primary responsibilities with Jaguar will cover marketing communications, customer relationship management, and product planning.
Jaguar Land Rover's North American president, Andy Goss, heaped praise on the brand's newest addition saying, "Jeff brings with him extensive automotive and luxury marketing experience, critical expertise in leading-edge technologies and a personal passion for automobiles."

F1 2013 Classic Edition to make Lauda's 1976 Ferrari playable

We'll cop to the fact that we might be a bit overly excited about the upcoming F1 2013 video game, specifically the Classic Edition. Codemasters has released umpteen trailers for the title already, mostly pretty cool ones, with cars lapping classic Formula One tracks that are set to be included in the fun.
With that said, this very latest historic addition to F1 2013 is pretty worthwhile, we think. Doing a kind of double promotion with Ron Howard's upcoming film Rush (which you all know by know to be the story of Niki Lauda, James Hunt and the chase for the 1976 F1 Championship), Codemasters is making the 1976 Ferrari 312 T2 a playable car in its new game. That's right, you can now walk in Lauda's racing boots, without all the painful crashing and superhuman recovery bother. Watch the video trailer below.

Modena opens new Enzo Ferrari museum

Enzo Ferrari was one of the 20th century's racing icons, and on the 116th birthday of its founder, Ferrari opened a lavish new wing of the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy. The new hall is shaped like the hood of a '50s Ferrari racer on the outside and contains a century's worth of the brand's history inside. Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo and Enzo's son, Piero Ferrari, dedicated the new building on February 18.
The Enzo Ferrari Museum existed previously as two buildings, including Enzo's childhood home and his father's workshop, but the new building was created to display the Prancing Horse's full history. Projectors display images and films of Enzo's like across its walls and floors, and the cars on display represent Ferrari's most important as a driver and constructor over the past century.
The new gallery is meant to compliment the Museo Ferrari in nearby Maranello. Enzo's museum focuses squarely on Ferrari's past, and the other concentrates on brand's present and future, while still displaying some important classic models. Both will be open every day, expect for Christmas and the New Year.
