FOR BIDDING IS OUR 1959 RANCHERO.    FUN DRIVING CAR.   NICE PATINA. (Some not natural we helped it along).    351.  AUTO. TRANS.

WE GOT THE CAR FROM AN OLDER FELLOW.  IT WAS PARKED FOR QUITE AWHILE.   REALLY SOLID OLD GIRL.   SOME BONDO IN LOWER QUARTERS.  (It wasn't mixed with a boat paddle, it's minor).   GAS TANK HAS BEEN REPLACED.   NEW STEREO. (I know big deal but hey it has tunes).   STARTS ON A BREATH.  RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT.  I DRIVE IT TO WORK AT MY BARBERSHOP AND IT DRAWS MORE PEOPLE THAN OUR SHOW CARS.

ALL THE LIGHTS. BLINKERS. HORN WORK.   ITS BEEN SAFETY INSPCTED IN THE LAST 30 DAYS.   ITS LICENSED.    WE OWN IT.
THE GLASS IS ALL GOOD.   ORIGINAL WINDSHILED WITH NO CRACKS.   BOTTOMS OF DOORS ARE ALL SOLID.   THINGS LIKE THAT.   NEVER GETS HOT.    RUNS AND DRIVES AS IT SHOULD.   NOTE:  I DONT HAVE THE SECONDARIES HOOKED UP ON THE HOLLEY

FRAME IS GREAT.  STILL ALL BLACK PAINT.   FRONT END IS TIGHT.    I LOWERED IT AND PUT BRAND NEW WHEELS AND TIRES WHICH REALLY SET IT OFF.   HAD MOONS ON IT.

BED IS ORIGINAL AND SOLID.   TAILGATE OPENS AND CLOSES LIKE A BANK VAULT.    DOORS TOO.
FLOORS LOOK LIKE THEYVE BEEN PATCHED.   NOT FRED FLINTSTONE APPROVED.

ITS A CAR YOU HOP IN AND GO.   ITS READY TO PLAY.   HOWEVER IF YOU WANTD TO PAINT IT AND ALL, ITS A GREAT CANDIDATE.    WE HAD FUN GOING THE RATTY LOOK FOR ONCE.    PEOPLE JUST LOVE THIS THING.   THEY ARE PRETTY RARE.

WE ARE SELLING BECAUSE ITS WHAT THE WIFE AND I DO FOR A HOBBY.   FIND CARS THAT ARE GOOD.   LOVE ON THEM AND PASS THEM ON.

IM NOT TAKING A BUNCH OF PICTURES AND MAILING THEM TO HERE AND THRE.   GOT QUESTIONS ASK.   GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND COME LOOK IF YOU DONT TRUST ME.    READ MY FEEDBACK.   ITS REALLY GOOD AND I PLAN ON KEEPING IT THAT WAY.

ITS NOT OFFICIALLY FOR SALE LOCALLY AS I LIVE IN A REALLY SMALL TOWN , HOWEVER I CAN END IT EARLY IF ENOUGH CASH SHOWS UP ON THE HOOD OF THE RANCHERO

SERIOUSLY.  ITS PRICED RIGHT.   IM TRYING TO MAKE A LITTLE PROFIT, NOT GO TO HAWAII ON YOU.   THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOD BLESS.

REVISION...... I JUST REALIZED THIS IS LISTED UNDER MY WIFES EBAY.    FOR FEEDBACK ON OUR CAR SALES ...SEE MY EBAY.   SIGNMASTER59.     Thanks

Spy shooter claims proof of upcoming aluminum Ford F-Series Super Duty

Thu, 26 Jun 2014

Ford has already confirmed that the 2015 F-150 (pictured above) was just the beginning for its more extensive use of aluminum. CEO Alan Mulally said it himself during the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. We've even already seen the future Raptor testing with an aluminum body. But a recent discovery from an intrepid spy photographer might indicate that the lightweight metal is coming to the Blue Oval's Super Duty pickups in their upcoming generation, as well.
According to Automotive News, a spy shooter in Colorado spotted a prototype for the next-gen F-350 testing. He happened to have a magnet on hand and got close enough to check the truck out. When he held it up to the metal in the bed, it didn't stick, which signaled to him a switch from steel to aluminum.
Obviously, this claim raises some questions. Given that it was a test vehicle, one possibility is that the Blue Oval is just evaluating the feasibility of switching to aluminum for the Super Duty trucks, not necessarily committed to it yet. Ford has been testing it quite exhaustively, after all. In fact, much of the rest of the truck in question was covered in camouflage, so it's possible that the magnet failed to work along the rest of the body not because it was aluminum, but because it wasn't powerful enough to get through the disguising material. Thus, the lightweight metal's use could be far less substantial than on the new F-150. Still, it was a clever idea for the cameraman to check things out and might have given us the first hint about brand's next heavy-duty models.

Detroit automakers gain market share simultaneously for first time in 20 years

Wed, 01 May 2013

While monthly sales figures might be an easy way of tracking the progression of the auto industry and individual automakers, looking at market share might be more indicative of how each company is actually standing up against its competitors. For the Detroit Three automakers, they have collectively lost almost 30 percent of the market over the last 20 years, but now, for the first time since 1993, Ford, General Motors and Chrysler have each posted market share gains at the same time.
According to Automotive News, Ford's share increased the most by 0.7 percent, GM was up 0.5 percent and Chrysler rose marginally by 0.2 percent, giving the Detroit automakers a total market share of 45.6 percent. As for the Japan's Big Three, the article reports that Toyota is up by 0.7 percent, Nissan is down the same amount and Honda has seen "little change."

Ford ditching Microsoft in favor of BlackBerry QNX for next-gen Sync?

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

Ask the average consumer - at least, those who follow the goings-on in the automotive industry - which carmaker they'd most closely associate Microsoft, and the answer you'd most likely get would be Ford. The Blue Oval automaker, after all, was at the forefront of bringing Microsoft technology into cars with its pioneering Sync system, and, though reality didn't turn out as such, Ford's CEO was recently touted as a potential future head of the Redmond-based software giant. But that relationship, according to the latest reports, could be coming to an end.
Alan Mullaly kiboshed the idea of leaving Dearborn for Redmond, but more importantly Ford is tipped to be ditching Microsoft in developing its next-generation Sync system. In its place, Ford is expected to partner with BlackBerry's QNX division.
Now, before you go balking "BlackBerry?! But they're finished!" consider that QNX is (or at least was) an independent entity that Research In Motion (as BlackBerry's Ontario-based parent company was then known) just happened to have bought back in 2010. QNX provides control systems to everything from nuclear power plants and UAVs to automakers like Audi, BMW and Porsche.
