Car has a working smooth running 4 cyl engine with a manual transmission that shifts good. Body I would say that the front outside fenders has small rust on the bottom and needs a paint job over all the body is good for its age but not perfect. Interior has working radio. Power windows . Th dash board is cracked since this is common and the driver seat needs upholstery since it's worn . Overall the interior is good condition has the floor mats and carpet but it's not perfect. The mechanical needs some attention as to rear brakes and other items it might need I am not a mechanic so I would say its a easy restoration car for someone to fix up and enjoy. Car is great to me easy to drive . The car is register in Pennsylvania as an antique . Buyer is responsible for his or her pick up of the car the title is clear and would just need to be notarized to the new owner. Car is as is with no warranty . Reason for selling is don't have the space"

New details mooted about Porsche's '988' Ferrari rival

Tue, 08 Jul 2014

We could be on the verge of a big expansion at everyone's favorite rear-engined German sports car manufacturer. Porsche is allegedly preparing a four-car assault that will be led by a proper challenger to the Ferrari 458 Italia (sorry 911).
Code-named "988," the new model will reportedly feature a mid-engined layout and, get this: a flat-8. Autocar, which has the story, expects that engine to displace about 4.0 liters, while the car itself will draw styling inspiration from the 918 Spyder. 600 ponies and over 400 super-accessible pound-feet of torque should be on tap with the new mill.
Joining the 988's supposed eight-cylinder is a new family of four- and six-cylinder boxer engines that Autocar claims will have a focus on power density and fuel economy. These new mills will be available in naturally aspirated, turbocharged and hybrid forms.

Motor Trend hits Laguna Seca with Ferrari F12, Chevy Corvette, Porsche 911

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

According to the crew at Motor Trend, we should think of the video below "as an addendum to Best Driver's Car," a test the magazine put together that elevated the 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S above all others in the category of driving joy. It seems the brand-new 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray wasn't able to take part in the magazine's official test, and neither was the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta.
And so Motor Trend did the only logical thing: It procured both the 'Vette and Prancing Horse as soon as it could, and put them both on track with the Driver's Car-winning 911. Of course, these cars don't actually compete against each other - the Ferrari offers up 731 horsepower and wears an asking price of $434,144 as tested, which means you could buy four loaded Corvettes for the price of one F12, and still have money left for a garage to store them in - but that's not the point of this particular test.
The point of this test isn't to listen to the beautiful sounds coming from the Porsche's flat-six-cylinder, the Corvette's pushrod V8 or the Ferrari's luscious V12, either, but the video below is worth watching for those three reasons alone. You know what to do.

Porsche 911 already testing next refresh

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

The latest Porsche 911 may still be a newer car, but that hasn't stopped the German company from starting development of a facelifted version of the rear-engined sports car, testing in what looks like southern Europe.
Due to hit the market in 2015, our spies think what we're seeing here is the new GTS variant, which, following the evolution of the last-generation 911, will make its debut on the facelifted car. Featuring the wider rear haunches of the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4, the GTS should enjoy a slight power boost, to 408 ponies.
Aesthetically, there are some additional vents in the rear bodywork, along with a revised front bumper and tweaked day-time running lights. The taillights get some attention as well, and will likely grow over the current car's skinny rear lamps.
