2013 Ford F-150 FX2 Sport 3.5 Twin Turbo V6 Ecoboost.
Window sticker with all equipment in pictures.
This truck is in amazing condition. All records for maintenance from the dealer are in the booklet, washed and waxed regularly, leather treatment on seats etc. It's a great truck with tons of power.
The truck looks lower in the pictures because the slope, the suspension is adjustable so it can still tow the max amount etc, it has no affect on the performance of the truck and its ability to do work. That's why I paid extra to have the adjustable airbag suspension instead of just coils. If you don't like it lowered, the stock parts come with so you can replace easily.

Still under Ford Factory Warranty !!!
3 year 36k mile bumper to bumper and 5 year 60k power train warranty (Started Aug 2013)

Ford celebrating 80 years of Aussie utes as it prepares to shutter Oz manufacturing

Wed, 26 Feb 2014

Ford is ending Australian production after 90 years in 2016, and with it may go perhaps the most iconic vehicles in its auto market - the ute. Car-based pickup trucks like the Ford Ranchero and Chevrolet El Camino were always more of a curiosity than a true market force here, but in Australia, they have long proven hugely popular.
As the legend goes, Ford invented the niche after a farmer's wife had asked Ford Australia's managing director for a more utilitarian car. Her request was simple: "My husband and I can't afford a car and a truck but we need a car to go to church on Sunday and a truck to take the pigs to market on Monday. Can you help?"
Ford's design team came up with a two-passenger, enclosed, steel coupe body with glass windows and a steel-paneled, wooden-frame load area in the rear. The sides of the bed were blended into the body to make it look more unified, and to keep costs down, the front end and interior were based on the Ford Model 40 five-window coupe. Power came from a V8 with shifting chores handled by a three-speed manual. Within a year, the new vehicle was ready, and production began in 1934. Lead designer Lewis Bandt christened it the coupe-utility.

Ford tells Congress it collects and protects some driver data

Fri, 14 Feb 2014

Last month Ford's Jim Farley made waves at the CES when it was reported he told show attendees, "We have GPS in your car, so we know what you're doing. By the way, we don't supply that data to anyone." Farley and Ford later partially retracted and clarified that statement.
Spurred by a desire for further transparency on data collection policies, Ford representatives answered questions from Congress, specifically Senator Al Franken (D-Minn.), about driver privacy.
The Detroit News reports that Ford told Congress it does collect some vehicle location data in an effort to "troubleshoot and improve our products" on behalf of the driver. Ford went on to say that it only collects limited data after receiving permission from owners.

Watch how a Ford Raptor rolls down the assembly line in Dearborn

Sun, 30 Mar 2014

Bloomberg TV reporter Matt Miller is the proud new owner of a pretty killer truck. How do we know? The reporter headed to Dearborn, MI to Ford's assembly plant, with a film crew in tow, to see exactly how his new F-150 SVT Raptor and its mother-loving 6.2-liter V8 engine, was screwed together.
The resulting video does an excellent job of summing up how an assemblage of parts and pieces is turned into a triple-black Raptor, thanks to the work of some 1,000 employees and about 20 hours of real time. Click through below to see how the truck is born, with a surprise cameo playing the part of delivery driver at the end.
